Well and a ton of people took the buyouts that went into effect Oct. 1st

There are two different groups.... those that were till Oct. 1 and the second group is Jan. 1 of 2026

TBH it just depends some I others I have seen up to 80% others 40% it just depends on what they do and how important that is to the mission.
