FWIW: The numbers make it sort of clear, but with income it's good to specify "annually" or even better "per year", because people outside of US don't compare salary annually and "annually" is one of those words you learn in advanced english, not in beginners.

Some people I work/interact with used to make >100$ but the strong USD pushed the EURO salaries back under 100k USD. Fiat money is very subjective ;-)

The average is hard to tell, but I can say that I daily interact with people with incomes withing at least three of those four intervals.
