Time in pocket didn't matter much. The O-lineman who got bullrushed fell over and pulled the defender down with him. It was an immediate holding penalty in the endzone.
If I had remembered this was an international game I wouldn't have put the stupid donkeys in my parlay.

I didn’t realize holding in your own end zone constitutes a safety, but it makes sense

Any penalty committed in the endzone is a penalty. It's one of the reasons why pass plays are so risky down there.

I’m watching the play updates. Did they really call a deep ball pass on their own goal line? Something that requires time in pocket?
