it's probably a good idea for them to be prepared to leave at a moments notice. they should have their passports ready for example.
for now it's probably fine.
within the next 5 years though is a risk time frame.
I don't KNOW anything though. Just reading tea leaves.
related to this, are random impartial low level govt officials - like the Canadian budgetary officer, casually saying in public: "The World Order That we've had for the past 75 years is done, that both has geopolitical considerations around fiscal spending, defense spending...and the degrading linkages with the us, and our need to find other linkages outside of the country..."
