It's not spending, unlike the $40+B in usaid in years past.
It's also fiat for fiat, fx rates aren't market-driven to begin with.
I doubt Argentina becomes a state like Canada the UK and Australia will be, but the hemispheric strategy is obvious between this, military intervention against Venezuela and Mexican cartels, and the Bukele arrangement. Can probably count on some bases there eventually.
Might be a nice place to buy up a cheap vineyard when the coin pumps to infinity.
