Our cattle boxes consist of organic grass-fed meat from the ancestral breed Østlandsk Rødkolle. The breed is known for its distinctive taste and good marbling. The fact that they are allowed to go outside all year round and graze on a varied selection of grass, herbs, heather and shrubs helps to give the meat additional character.

We also sell Christmas boxes of pork from October to December every year. All boxes of course contain the Christmas rib itself, in addition to sirloin, neck chops, chops, flank, shoulder, flat steak, shank, ground meat and sirloin OR tenderloin. 1/4 of the boxes also contain baby back ribs.

Firewood is sold all year round and is shipped from June until the end of winter. We bring 3 pallets or 60 small bags per trip. For example, if you buy 6 pallets or 120 small bags, you have to pay shipping x2. For most people, 2-3 pallets last a year.
