The Fed has managed to reduce its balance sheet by about $2.3 trillion since 2022, but it still remains high, at around $6.6 trillion.
With the fragility exposed by regional banks and credit risks returning to the radar, the question remains: have we reached the end of the QT cycle?
Is a return to quantitative easing approaching?
