I did not include zaps or donations as costs because those are optional choices by the users. They can be thought of more as how you choose to spend your profit, rather than as costs.
That's not really true of anyone trying to profit maximize with their rewards, though.
I like that you've quantified the prevailing sense that stackers really don't care much about price. It's not just that we don't talk about it much. We don't incorporate it into our behavior, either.
I did do it including both zaps and donations as costs as well, and qualitatively the results were fairly similar
I haven't tried it with zaps and without donations, but I doubt it'll change much since I imagine donations are pretty uncommon.
One thing I forgot to mention, I did remove k00b, any SN run accounts, and anyone who works for SN from the analysis
