But is not LND installed with the first command?
Should I try wget -qO- https://deploy.lightning.pub | bash -testnet4 or there's another way I can tell LND to run on testnet or testnet4 after installation?

It'd need manual setup of LND's conf file, the install script doesn't handle it... Might even need to setup Bitcoin Core for it since I don't think there's much in the way of testnet neutrino servers

technically yes... I don't have docs for it as we don't do it ourselves hardly ever since automated tests are regtest and we test mainnet with small amounts
If you set LND to testnet or regtest things should just work...
