Ebook page number word locations change depending on type size so attacker needs to know the specific settings your book and what its specific edition/version are set to.
You can use any document set to any specific page numbering and version.
The text can thus be unique and different to any online database.
The attackers needs in the first place to know that the coded seed phrase can be decoded in this manner. How to they know that anyway?
