What's being built on nostr is important, it's going to be big. He's seen and perfectly understood that.
Seems he didn't know a lot about lightning til now (?)
I'm sure he did, but he probably never saw dozens of invoices flying around and people paying them like crazy as he's seen in Nostr.
Nostr may as well serve as the great demonstration of how seamless lightning can be.
