Ok next up a 10k. I think I recovered from that 16:53 5k. Did 12 last week at 6:59 pace and today some tempos. 2.5 miles in 5:53 pace and 5:54 pace for three miles with 5:34 my last mile as my fastest.
Ate clean and feel great!
