The problem with all these products is the interest rates are absurdly high. This is a FULLY COLLATERALIZED loan - there is no practical risk to the lender (other than term), so there is real reason why interest rates need to be 12% or whatever...

Yeah this is solid point but think about it in btc terms! You can buy more BTC at lower prices then if BTC grows faster than the APR you win. If it doesn’t well you still stacked sats right?

IN OTHER WORDS:
I'm pouring my foundation entirely in bedrock—no plaster, geopolymer, nor caulk in the mix. So, let me show you the blueprints.
We're building a financial elevator. In real-time, it lets you borrow against your bedrock to power everything from coffee shops to power bills. The result?
You never have to chisel a single stone from your foundation just to pay the gardener. Hoard bedrock. Borrow plaster. You'll manage the lift from, paying down my balance with your income stream or any other asset. It has the convenience of a standard service elevator, but because it's secured by bedrock, the specs—speed, capacity, everything—are in a completely different class.
This is how we turn a personal stronghold into a city-wide architectural movement… for us and us alone …
A true bedrock-native into an ancient skyline that feels like home...for us and us alone !
I can't wait to unveil the entire city we're constructing for our benefit while you foot the fleet.
