The NBA is back! We've had some great games already and a juicy new betting scandal. Our final redraft is for 2019. We already have some way too early power rankings to reflect on.
The NFL has moved into its middle third. We need to cross off two teams this week because we forgot last week. Also, the trade deadline is looming and the rumors are already flying.
The World Series is about to commence, between @grayruby's and @Jer's Blue Jays and @realBitcoinDog's Dodgers. Will either stacker find a way to attend.
Lots of contests in the territory, too!
Let us know what else we should cover.

It's a small sample size, but it's the talk of the league, so I'm interested in what you guys think of the new and upgraded Wemby? I remember reading a joke online this summer saying something along the lines of "he trained with the monks, sought knowledge and wisdom from past masters, and became the Avatar." After the first 2 games, it seems like it was no joke. He did become the one that can bend all elements on the court at his will...

Looks like a break out year for him. So far it’s Luka vs Wemby for MVP.

I'm always amazed by Wemby. It's just a matter of staying on the court and winning games for him.

Surely to goodness we can get @grayruby some press credentials. He’s a freaking future co-owner of a High-A baseball team!
reply
No press credentials but I do have something special for this episode to commemorate the occasion.
Also I will take any A baseball team. I am not picky. Low A is ok too.
reply
As crazy as it sounds, press credentials are presumably in the cards at some point.

I might be able to get into Toronto Sixes vs Mississauga Masters cricket game. I am sure they would be happy to have anyone show up and cover it.

Gotta start somewhere!

He's the owner and founder of the Sports Page of Bitcoin. That should be worth a press credential.
