All nations must now trade with China or suffer considerable loss of economic opportunity. China has won the trade war as it already dominates in global commodities markets and manufactured goods. If Argentina adopts the dying dollar all it will be doing is sponsoring US taxpayers by supporting the ongoing and inevitable debasement of the USD and propping it up a little longer as it dies. Argentina might well ask for a decent premium/concessions for doing this. USA appears to hope to continue its hegemony over the Americas under the 'Donroe' doctrine. It might be possible although Brazil looks to have already aligned with China.
