I’ve been running a brewery for a few years now. A “fiat” brewery, like so many others. You sell your beer, get paid in fiat, deal with paperwork, pay customs, banks, platforms… basically, you work hard just to feed a system that creates no real value.

Then somewhere along the way, I became a Bitcoiner. Little by little, I started to understand what was behind it all: scarcity, sovereignty, personal responsibility. And at some point, it just clicked: I had to connect those two worlds.

That’s how the Bitcoin Only Brewery was born.

The idea isn’t just to brew beer and accept Bitcoin for fun. It’s much deeper than that.

First, I wanted to use beer as a communication tool. It’s universal, everyone understands a good beer. So I use it to talk about Bitcoin, to highlight certain themes I care about. I started with a few classic Bitcoiner mantras, and I’ve got several beers in the works that explore topics like money printing, proof of work, and more. I’m also working on some collabs with other Bitcoiners… but I can’t reveal too much yet!

Then, I wanted to prove that it’s possible. That a Bitcoin Only business can actually exist. No Stripe, no banks, no waiting around for “mass adoption.” I want to prove by example that it’s viable, that it works and that others can do it too.

And it really does work. The Lightning Network runs perfectly. Payments are instant, fees are tiny, and I have full control over my funds. I launched the brewery at the Bitcoin Economic Forum (BEF) in France. Since then, I’ve shipped beer all over the world and my first batch of 900 cans is now almost sold out. Huge thanks to everyone who trusted me and supported the project.

In the end, the Bitcoin Only Brewery is a mix between an economic experiment and an act of conviction. It’s my way of saying: look, it’s possible. We can create, produce, trade, and live outside the fiat system.
