  • ban Gloria Zhao (nick: glozow) who introduced the destructive change "uncap OP_RETURN" PR#32406 in Core v30,
  • fix the code?

It's all good then. Core trusts her to make the decision that reflects the ACKS and NACKS of contributors to the code.

There were overwhelmingly more NACKs than ACKs so she shouldn't have accepted (merged) the change following your logic. Do I understand you correctly?
