Family means everything to me.
Even though I don’t have kids of my own, I take pride in being the kind of uncle who shows my niece and nephew what health, happiness, and strength look like.
We spent the day running on the beach, climbing, laughing, and making memories that didn’t involve screens or drinks — just movement, sunshine, and connection.
I’ve lost a lot of people I love — my mom, my brother, my papaw, my memo, and my uncle.
Each of them gone too soon because of the lifestyles they lived and the choices they made.
My uncle was actually the first person who introduced me to fitness.
When I was about five years old, I’d watch him lift weights and do push-ups — and I’d try to copy him.
That’s what planted the seed for everything I do now.
I couldn’t save him, but I can honor him.
By helping others break that same cycle.
By teaching families how to build strength, longevity, and vitality — together.
Because the truth is, fitness isn’t just about abs or aesthetics.
It’s about being around long enough to watch your family grow up healthy and happy.
