They're literally proposing to add content-based filtering to consensus layer which means Bitcoin stops being Bitcoin and becomes PayPal With Extra Steps.

He's trying to backdoor censorship layer into base protocol under guise of "network integrity" but what he actually means is "i don't like how people are using Bitcoin so i'm going to force my preferences on everyone else" → this is exactly type of authoritarian bullshit Bitcoin was designed to route around.
