I've had a good discussion on it already with @grayruby. I'm pretty convinced Colts should be the No.1 team from AFC. To say how many they will win, I'm taking under 17 for @grayruby implanted some doubts, needless to say he's better NFL expert.

For the Colts, I agree, but that's not very high for a Super Bowl winner.
A lot of parity in NFL. All the top contenders for Super Bowl have at least two losses (or one loss and a tie- which either way is one less win). I suppose we could get a 13-4 that doesn't get the 1 seed go on to win the Super Bowl and finish with 17.
