Demographic collapse is creating the economic incentive to allow the settlement of young workers from the middle East and other places.

Solve demographic collapse and you solve immigration, including to the US. Boomers with their thumbs on the democratic and economic scale area causing demographic collapse, and have to be incentivised to make sacrifices so that millennials can afford to have the children that they want.

For their part, millennials need to be incentivised to lower their standard of living and status expectations in order to accommodate children, potentially even their expectations of how safe children can and should be realistically (putting kids into the boot of a car used to be petty normal).

But I'm not saying redirecting inheritances towards child baring families is the only solution, just that it is directionally correct. I'm sure there are many other solutions that have not been considered are viable.
