My case is rather strange. My phone was fine, and then suddenly it was formatted. When I tried to restore my wallet, I could never recover the channel I had there; the channel closure never appeared, and the funds never returned via on-chain. The user DarthCoin was helping and gave me several solutions, which were a bit too advanced for me to understand. (I think he's become a zombie cabal or something.) I still have my seed phrase and the backup of the LN channel. I'll try again sometime soon; I'm trying to study and improve my understanding of the issue.
Yeah, this was a case I didn't write about. Obviously, funds will be lost as a consequence of information (seed, scb) loss.
If the funding transaction is still unspent and you have your scb and onchain seed you might have a chance of doing something. Perhaps https://docs.lightning.engineering/lightning-network-tools/lnd/disaster-recovery could be a starting point. Blixt is essentially a mobile lnd not with a mobile ui.

YW! I think your problem is not uncommon, and I've heard about people suffering hardware failures who then need to do disaster recovery. While I haven't gone through the hoops myself, I have heard about people force closing their channels after fatal incidents. Perhaps https://github.com/lightninglabs/chantools can be another clue. I'd think that asking around about how to solve your specific problem (w/o sharing more info that you wish to share) on different forums ought provide insights...
