He wants to make people pay to reply to his posts. I think we can add configurable reply fees per user instead.
So you could say that @DarthCoin should need to pay you more than others to reply to you anywhere, not just below one of your posts.

Exactly what I was proposing for so much time to SN...

btw you know very well that if there's no engagement on SN, all posts will just die... So be thankful that Darth is commenting almost on each SN post... if I wouldn't start this thread, nobody will comment on this post.
