I know, I know, this is Pomp's sidekick and I know what you think of AP 💩 🪙
But let's indulge ourselves for a minute about NGU, Visser offers the idea that Bitcoin is having it's IPO moment, where early investors take their hard earned, early years vision off the table, obviously this is highly fiat mindset material and perhaps it's beyond the pale for many of you to take seriously, and then the institutions/retail start to buy for the long-term, given Bitcoin has proved itself.
But Visser is arguing the case for why the four year cycles may be over because the structure of the ownership is changing.
Here are some exerts from his piece:

The Psychology of the Original Holder

Put yourself in the shoes of someone who mined Bitcoin in 2010. Or bought it at $100.
You’ve held through Mt. Gox. Through China bans (multiple times). Through the 2018 bear market. Through COVID. Through regulatory uncertainty. Through mainstream media calling it a scam for over a decade.
You believed when almost nobody else did. You took the risk. And you won. Bitcoin succeeded beyond almost anyone’s wildest expectations.
And here Visser argues why the Bull isn't bulling and the Bear isn't bearing.
In a bear market, there are no buyers. Price collapses because everyone wants out and nobody wants in. But look at what’s actually happening: Bitcoin is consolidating, not collapsing. Every dip gets bought. The price isn’t making new lows, it’s holding a range
It brings a new slant to all the economic noise around Bitcoin, reminds me of the meme with the guy poking with the stick, Do something!
Ultimately stackers are gonna stack, but as we know Bitcoin doesn't care, Que sera sera.
