Correct, as you can see, taxes paid to govt (i.e. in France) from a 95k contract are over 50%, employees only get 39k. Undiscolsed modern slavery.

That was my interpretation. Equivalents to our social security and employment taxes.
Not that it was difficult, but I misstated that the 60k as take home pay.
