...well at least a chance to compete... :-) who knows what happens in the playoffs, G-Man came in once as seat #6 and they won SB. After you are invited to "the dance" (aka. playoffs) all bets are off... IMHO.
Busy trade deadline after all.
I'm really surprised to see Sauce getting moved

Same here, looks like the Jets gave up on good players... (schocker... sadly) I don't have a warm and fuzzy about Jets org anyway, everytime we get decent players or even good one, they leave after a year or two and then play well. I truly hope Pittsburgh takes the cake this year.... maybe some people in the main office (doubt it) will start to see the light....

They still have some really good pieces. If they want to do a full tear down they can set themselves up very well draft capital and cap space wise for a pretty quick rebuild.
I am even more annoyed about this now that Kraft is hurt because he should have been all pro this year so now who knows. Probably will go to some undeserving guy who catches the most screen passes.

They got a haul. AD Mitchell who was a 2nd round pick a year ago and two firsts. One would imagine the two firsts will be later in the first round but that's still pretty good and the Jets clear up a lot of cap space. Sauce wasn't playing like the top corner in the league this season.

This is true. Colts are playing well. If they can stay healthy and keep it rolling maybe they have a shot. A lot of parity in the NFL these days.
