I actually thought I posted this before, but I think it's just because I tend to post a lot of vintage tech stuff. But it was the use of non-standard discs -- I don't think I'd ever heard of 3" disks (which I guess only an Armstrad/UK thing) that really caught my eye. Just something I wasn't even aware of before.
