Returning to Massachusetts after ten days in England, the house was in varying degrees of chaos. My wife had her hands full with a packed schedule of work and keeping our daughter occupied/fed/entertained, and she did an amazing job at that. Sometimes the leftovers of our daughter's creativity can make for interesting photographs.
A few days later, we had to be up really early for an appointment and I shot this photograph of our neighbor's house in the beautiful morning light of fall edging towards winter.
In other news, my Diffused Goldenrod photograph from Art Drop 17 has completed its 1-year embargo and can be ordered here: https://pappasbland.com/diffused-goldenrod. If you are ever interested in ordering something from us but want to use Bitcoin, just give us a holler and we'll hook you up.
We wrote about this project and the process here https://newsletter.pappasbland.com/p/artdrop17-oct2024

I'm always happy to look ridiculous in the name of creativity.
Lastly, I've been doing a lot of work on our archives recently – which always yields some forgotten classics and hidden gems. This photograph below comes from Wooler in Northumberland (England) in 2010. I've always been a sucker for typography and signs in disrepair...
Have a good weekend everyone!
