What's the point if no one changes their lifestyle (diet and exercise habits)?

I guess that's the best outcome for GLP-1 manufacturers. Permanent consumers.

Haven't they already found blindness to be a side effect?

I'm sure there would be a bunch, but chronic obesity seems to be a major factor in all of the major health problems people have. Personally, I suspect there's more to that connection too, but I don't think carrying tons of extra fat is healthy either.
