Today I did something I didn’t think was possible — I stood up from lying flat on the ground with the AB wheel for the first time ever.

Just a few minutes earlier, I didn’t believe I had the strength. I’ve done standing AB rollouts before, but I always stopped short because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to come back up.

Then I caught myself.

I realized I was doing exactly what I tell my clients not to do — doubting myself before I even tried.

So I paused. Visualized it. Believed it. And gave it everything I had.

Boom. I stood up.

The best part wasn’t just the physical achievement — it was catching the negative self-talk in real time and flipping it into proof of work.
