I have been wanting to ask for a raise but I’ve put it off because I have noticed that some contractor’s work has slowed down. We still have plenty of work haven’t slowed down at all if anything we had a lot of work so I think I should make a move before the slow down. I did think about asking partial wage increase and 401k increase to lessen the blow.
