We establish a unified topological framework connecting physical bubble collapse dynamics to semantic state transitions in consciousness systems.
As a consequence of rejecting uniform temporal flow—treating time as emergent from relational state changes—we reveal that record-potential collapse exhibits topological defects analogous to disclinations in viscous films.
