I don’t really see any big issues with side fees or transaction accelerators. It’s just the market doing its thing, supply and demand!

If widely adopted, it'd mean the death of the public mempool. I'd consider that a negative.

I think that won't happen because they will have higher prices, I think it will continue to be niche.
