I couldn't find an impartial experts' analysis to share here; however, the images and accounts being circulated on social media claiming what they do are terrifying—it's shocking to see what people can do to others for nothing, viewed from space. When a friend shared it with me my first reaction was disbelief, but what if... the reports seem to back up a narrative of genocide. Maybe if it were happening a little further north on the globe we'd have more reports and hypocritical condemnations from the powers that control nations.
