The vote against by Rep. Steube caught me off guard and I will do a deep dive into the Senate change tomorrow.

The following Dems bucked there party. Representatives Adam Gray of California, Marie Gluesenkemp Perez of Washington, Jared Golden of Maine, Henry Cuellar of Texas, Tom Suozzi of New York and Don Davis of North Carolina.

A couple of these like Cuellar, Golden, and Davis were expected. Gray, Gluesenkemp Perez, and Suozzi were not expected.

President Trump is due to sign the legislation at 9:45 ET.
