Right, but as the BitMex article points out: Strategy can tone down the premium it pays by roughly 3% per year per year -- at which point money still invested in STRC just becomes an interest free loan to them (unless I misunderstood something).

So as long as Strategy doesn't feel pinched and in need of money, they'll likely keep paying the premium, but if things don't go the way they expect, the STRC premium is a pretty big item on their list of liabilities...
