For most of my life, I have secretly believed that parasites are the cause of illnesses but it was not until last year that I started studying and learning about them that I became convinced of it. A lot has been going on, and between house and self renovations, it seems like it is never a good time to start a parasite cleanse. But because of my intuition and determination to exit the dark occult and fiat world I am now taking action and ridding my meat vehicle of parasites. The first parasite protocol I tried was, Protocol A from https://floridasharkman.org/category/protocol/
and from what I witnessed come out of my system I dare to say it is a great protocol, and it works!
Unfortunately, or fortunately for your eyes, I was not very good at documenting it then. But here are some examples of ropeworm and roundworm that I used for contrast/reference from the Parasite Identification Chart file: https://floridasharkman.org/protocolinfo/parasite-identification-chart/

On November 3rd, I started the FREE RANGE ParaPurge parasite cleanse (Fenbendazole 74mg, Ivermectin 4mg). https://freerangesupplements.com/pages/7-reasons

I used it for ten days followed by a five day pause.
I am now on the fifth/last day of the pause but will resume with the cleanse tomorrow and then repeat it for another ten days as it was recommended on the bottle. The five day pause is to allow new parasites to hatch and it is often called a development timing gap but you can find more information on that here: https://iverpure.com/blogs/healthy-alternative-living/parasite-life-cycles-cleanse-timing

I have been documenting symptoms and changes from day one of this cleanse and compared to my first parasite protocol I can say this feels like a more subtle approach. So far, I have documented only one parasite but I will get back to you after I complete the protocol. In the meantime feel free to share your experiences and knowledge of parasite protocols. Below is an actual image of the parasite I documented in case you want to try and help me identify it.

parasiti delenda est!

Respect for keeping detailed logs. Data > anecdotes always, especially with health stuff.

The sovereignty mindset applies to biology just as much as money. Taking responsibility is the hard part, most people skip it.

Curious to see the final results after the full cycle. Stay safe

Thank you.
Yes it is an ongoing process the cleansing of my meat vehicle and yes the hardest part is taking responsibility since the actions one must take to truly cleanse it affect common lifestyle so one must make cleansing and all that involves getting rid of parasites the lifestyle. It takes discipline and guts and in some cases solitude. In my experience, one receives and retains information best when the meat vehicle has been cleansed and is not highly infested. There is a lot to learn and remember about sovereignty so i will continue to work and learn about these critters that highly impact our daily lives but manage to hide in plain sight, i will keep you all posted.

Yes it is. Learning about nutrition and then gut biome is what led me to learn about parasites.

This is an attempt at documenting the cleansing of my meat vehicle via deworming protocols and the use of natural herbs, essential oils along with high frequency foods and changing lifestyle.
So far the clenching of my jaws at night has decreased along with the mind fog and lethargy. Thank you for asking.
