Price is always important, but they’re trying to instill market confidence in their stock and preferreds. MSTR is highly overcollateralized, so they can meet their payment obligations.

Even if Bitcoin drops to $50k from here, they can still pay their dividend liabilities without having to liquidate.

I'm utterly stupid to understand what it all actually mean? Does it mean that Strategy ain't going to bother a bit even if the price of BTC falls below $50ks or 40ks? Does it also means the price of BTC is irrelevant for Strategy? 

Seems like Strategy wants to suggest by showing these metrics that they are beyond BTC price! 

Can anyone please the throw some real light on it?
