Perhaps more law abiding in Japan as the use of sats for MoE almost anywhere is either liable for CGT or outright banned. To use sats as a consumer for MoE nearly all people must either comply with absurd tax recording and calculation requirements or ignore them and break the law. How many stackers record each zap and pay the resultant tax due? My guess is probably none- ie nearly all consumer level p2p MoE use is done in defiance of the law.
