Expensive or not but how many items do you see on the menu now?

I can't understand a lot of items like boiled potatoes — are they a thing in American restaurantns?
I don’t think restaurants serve boiled potatoes anymore
I assume all those prices are cents....for small and large portions?
They should be. I don't think anyone would pay $20 for boiled potatoes in those times, maybe not even today.
I won love to go for some Philadelphia Squab right about now
