You're not supposed to run an lnurl server or anything like that, I would never tell anyone to do it, I think it's a shame that people frame lnurl as being "a server you run to receive money". It's not, it's made for businesses to charge for goods and services.

All I really want to run on my home node is bitcoin core and clightning. I have no plans to run a web server and deal with cert headaches, etc. lnurl is a non-starter for me. Luckily bolt12 works great, even if it is not perfect.
