Soy Sauce or Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce?
Wasabi on the roll or mixed with soy sauce?
Real fish or imitation (soy California roll)?
Japanese Beer (Sapporo) or Sake?
It's not really right to put wasabi directly on the roll — think of it more like a palate cleanser (kinda like mouthwash) that wipes away the flavor of the last piece so you can fully taste and enjoy the next one fresh.

Nunca he probado sushi,lo que sí me gustaría probar es la cerveza japonesa o sake importante debe tener grados alcohólico, no me gusta el refresco efervescente.

No se si en algún restaurante lo preparen estoy en Cuba pero dudo mucho que sea original, no creo que hayan verdaderos asiáticos aquí que lo hagan

don't really drink, but if i had to then i'd opt for the beer over the sake
