@petertodd - why comply? This sort of law bullshit is sort of the thing to rip the bandaid off and say "no, fuck your laws, bitcoin is outside of it". Otherwise where is the line to draw? When we all "get our day in court"?
Beyond that, fuck another country's laws anyways.

The courts can make your life very painful if you refuse to respond to a lawsuit. Fighting the lawsuit is the less effort option, by a long shot.

Actually, making the plaintiff mysteriously disappear is the least painful effort option, by far, although it does have it's negative tradeoffs.
One day someone is most definitely going to choose that option for CSW the way he's behaving.
