Netflix is becoming the monopoly much like Google and Microsoft. What's crazier that Trump is highly skeptical of this deal and might involve in some way. Also it's surprising that Netflix shares didn't turn green riding the wave of this deal.

Yes. Antitrust is a term used to manipulate such big money deals.
