Cash App Investing is transitioning our carrying broker relationship from DriveWealth, LLC ("DriveWealth") to Apex Clearing Corporation ("Apex"). As the carrying broker for Cash App Investing, Apex will provide a variety of services for your Investing Account, including maintaining your stock holdings and preparing your trade confirmations, account statements, and tax reporting documentation. Unless you opt out, this transition is expected to take effect on or after February 17th, 2026 (the "Conversion Date").
