Interesting read. I didn't understand exactly what you are proposing at the end but I'll read it again tomorrow with more attention

As a fellow Christian and kind of rebel myself I identify with your view but I also must warn you to be careful not to weaponize it (rebellion) against yourself, against God and against his Church

Also, be very careful not make freedom and liberty your idols and not to turn righteous anger in sinful anger, it's a very thin line

I'm warning you because I did all that at some point in my life (and still do from time to time)

You’re right to warn—many have turned righteous anger into sinful rage.

Here’s my litmus test:

  1. Is this protecting the vulnerable or promoting myself?
  2. Am I exposing sin or seeking revenge?
  3. Is this freeing captives or burning bridges?

I fail sometimes. But the work continues because the captive doesn’t have the luxury of my perfected sanctification before their rescue begins.

The rebellion isn’t against God or His true Church. It’s against the counterfeits that hold people in bondage. If that looks like idolizing freedom, maybe it’s because we’ve forgotten that Christ literally said He came to ‘proclaim freedom for the captives’ (Luke 4:18).

Keep warning me. Iron sharpens iron. But also—read Ezekiel 34 again and tell me if what I’m describing isn’t exactly what God Himself rebuked.

"It's Not Rebelling Against God. It's Rebelling Against False Shepherds."

My work isn't an attack on faith. It's a return to its roots.

Your Bible commands you to test everything (1 Thessalonians 5:21) and gives you the exact criteria in Ezekiel 34.

· Does your shepherd strengthen the weak, heal the sick, and bind up the injured?
· Or do they rule harshly, feed themselves, and scatter the sheep?

My Litmus Test is just that biblical checklist turned into a forensic tool.

When you apply it and a leader fails, you're not going against God.
You're agreeing with God's own diagnosis.

If they refuse to change after failing the test, your duty isn't blind obedience—it's righteous withdrawal. To stay and fund a failed system is to violate your conscience and side with the deception God condemns.

My work doesn't create a new standard. It reveals that they've already failed the ancient one. I'm not leading a rebellion against heaven. I'm documenting a rebellion against heaven that's already being led from the pulpit.

Obedience to God sometimes requires disobedience to men. The Litmus Test gives you the evidence to know the difference.
