When we upgraded to LND we experienced a bug: #1317180
We worked around it, but the workaround might be affecting you. I'll look into your specific situation and see if it's something on our end.

If there's a problem on your end if would be a liquidity issue. But if you have enough inbound, the problem is on our end.

(The issue was that you're running a private node so when we tried to estimate fees naively we couldn't find your node.)
