The problem started since yesterday and I do not know if I am the only one having this issue.

Whenever I click on the notification bell icon (even when there is a red dot on it), I am redirected to this page with the dreaded 404 and the girl in a maze.

It is happening across all my devices. Tried the usual remedies, logging in-out, restart, clearing browser cache etc. Nothing helped. Is this a site wide problem?
