This is the classic lesson in all business training: manage operating expenses and labor to maintain enough of a viable margin to not just survive but grow. Many restaurants have been double-whammied by the pandemic for three years and then inflation and now cost of food with tariffs. It's no surprise many are folding. This was never an easy industry to maintain a business in the first place.
