I think it also has something to do with EU governments swinging conservative too. But that's just my guess.

That's part of the same process. People are rebelling against all the weird shit that's been jammed down their throats.

Pendulums swing. The problem is that lessons are rarely learned. The best path is also rarely offered to the masses. Most political movements are reactionary.

I think people have a marvelous capacity to gradually forget how crazy they were.

You see it already with Covid and the trans stuff. Where'd all the hysterics go? Somehow, most of them cooled down and let it go. So it will be with most who got wound up in the climate hysteria.
